Sleep Better Tonight

PleaseSleep is an independent editorial site built on a simple idea: you deserve honest guidance when shopping for silk bedding. The market is crowded with inflated claims and confusing terminology, and most review sites are thinly disguised advertisements. We wanted to offer something better — a resource grounded in hands-on testing, transparent methodology, and a genuine commitment to helping you find quality products at fair prices.

Every product we recommend goes through extended real-world testing. Our reviewer, Sophie Laurent, sleeps on each silk pillowcase, sheet set, and eye mask for several weeks before publishing a verdict. We wash, inspect, and evaluate durability over time — not just out of the packaging. That testing feeds into our Value Score system, which weighs silk quality, features, user reviews, and price to produce a single, comparable rating across brands. Value Score prioritizes quality-per-dollar so you can see at a glance which products deliver the most for your money.

We earn revenue through affiliate commissions — when you click a product link and make a purchase, we may receive a small commission at no extra cost to you. This model keeps PleaseSleep free, ad-free, and paywall-free. Importantly, no brand can pay for a higher ranking or more favorable review. Our editorial opinions are our own, and we include competitor products in every comparison even when we have no financial relationship with them. You can read the full details on our disclosure page.

Whether you are choosing your first silk pillowcase or upgrading your entire bedding setup, we are here to help you make a confident decision. Learn more about our team and methodology.
